The Everest has grown massively in popularity and has become the showcase event of the Sydney Spring Carnival

Twelve of the fastest horses competing over a distance of 1200 metres at Randwick Racecourse for prizemoney of $20,000,000.

The Everest will be held on Saturday 19th October 2024 and was won in 2023 by Think About It.

The Everest attracts the world’s best sprinters and the running of the race will again put the global sporting spotlight firmly on Sydney’s royal racecourse.
